Des Moines Golden K Kiwanis Club

Welcome to the Des Moines Golden K Kiwanis Club! We are a youth-oriented service organization that provides fellowship for men and women. Most of us are retired from full-time employment but not from involvement in our community. We are devoted to serving the children in our local community and also children all across the country and worldwide through Kiwanis International. In addition to our service projects, our club meets weekly for worthwhile programs to satisfy our needs for understanding, humor, fellowship, and friendship. For more about becoming a member, please contact Larry Martindale at 515-240-7362.

Club members toured the three sections of the Des Moines Art Center before eating lunch outside. The three buildings of the structure were designed by noted architects Eliel Saarinen, I.M.
